United Steel Structures Ltd (hereinafter referred to as“USSL”) was established in 1994 as a joint venture between Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as“GSI”) and Havens Iron & Steel Company from United States. After two times of equity adjustments, now USSL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSI.
